Bob rents to families and to individuals but respectfully asks high school (senior week) and college students (spring break) to seek other lodging. Bob also asks that you respect his smoke-free and no-pet policies.

A trip to the Wildwoods is for many families from Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, and even as far as Canada, the highlight of the summer. Embracing his own childhood memories of family vacations “down the shore,”  Wildwood Bob set out to create the ideal family vacation home for a new generation of vacationers.

A carpenter by trade, Wildwood Bob transformed and refurbished dozens of homes to their original beauty over the years.

Bob’s stylish yet comfortable seashore homes bear the markings of true craftsmanship, and both are available at competitive rates.

Each of Bob’s homes rests in close proximity to many fabulous Wildwood attractions. Enjoy a day of fishing in the back bay or right on the beach. Take a walk along the beach and pick up sea shells.  Soak in the sun and relax reading your favorite novel.  Bring the whole family to the boardwalk. Wildwood New Jersey has something for everyone.
